VIP Shipping:

Our delivery option is only available in Istanbul. Deliveries are made in our private vehicles. VIP delivery is scheduled. VIP delivery costs an additional 3,000 TL. You can contact our sales consultants via WhatsApp.

Delivery time for VIP shipments is approximately 1 to 4 hours following your order time, depending on traffic conditions and schedule.

Our VIP Delivery window is between 09:00 and 19:00.

Cargo:

All your orders are shipped from Istanbul to all over Turkey by Yurtiçi Kargo .

Your orders will be shipped to your registered shipping address within 1 business day. Please check your shipping address before placing your order.

When your order is delivered, you can open and inspect your package with the courier representative. If the package is crushed, torn, opened, wet, etc., or if you encounter any unexpected or defective product, do not accept the package. Have the courier representative file a report and have the package returned to us by the courier company.

In accordance with relevant legislation, service providers (postal and cargo companies) must record, at a minimum, the recipient's name, surname, and Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, this may be a passport number, an equivalent internationally recognized document, or a document issued by the Turkish authorities to verify identity) during the delivery of postal items to the recipient. This information is kept confidential for at least two years, ensuring its availability to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient refuses to provide their identification information, the item will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

If the product(s) are unavailable, not received/accepted, or the delivery address is incorrect, the order will not be subject to cancellation or refund. If the correct second address is provided to us in writing at the time of delivery, we will ship to the new second address for an additional shipping fee.

Return Shipping :
You can return purchased, unused products within 7 days of the purchase date. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returned products sent back to CCTV Burada. Shipments sent at the buyer's expense will not be accepted.
