Admission Process Management (SAT / FAT)

In low-current projects, acceptance processes ensure that systems officially demonstrate the desired performance, both during production and after field installation. CCTV manages the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) processes, conducting tests in accordance with standards both in the factory and on-site, and preparing comprehensive documentation to be submitted to the client and consultant for approval. These processes ensure that the system is fully operational before commissioning.

What Do We Do During Admission Processes?

System components are tested at the manufacturer. Functional tests, software compatibility checks, and product documentation are reviewed for final checks before delivery.
The system's functionality is verified in the field, along with its entire infrastructure. Real-world applications are tested and performance checked under field conditions.
An approved testing schedule is created in collaboration with the employer and consultant for all testing and acceptance steps. The process is conducted transparently, ensuring time management.
Documentation (checklists, test forms, images, videos, reports) for all tests performed are prepared and presented to the parties.
Detected nonconformities are recorded, corrective actions are planned, and the approval process is completed with re-tests.
