Testing & Commissioning Procedures

The most critical step in ensuring that low-voltage systems operate effectively, safely, and in compliance with regulations in the field is systematic, standardized testing and commissioning procedures. CCTV tests each system component at the end of the project for compliance with plans, technical specifications, and manufacturer instructions, documenting the commissioning process to ensure complete control. This procedure is essential for the smooth delivery and long-term safe operation of the system.

What Do We Use in Testing & Commissioning Procedures?

Specific testing procedures are developed for each system (CCTV, fire detection, access control, etc.). These plans include test steps and expected results.
All devices (cameras, detectors, sirens, card readers, etc.) are tested physically and software; continuity and accuracy of connections are checked.
The system's response process is tested by simulating scenarios based on real events (e.g., fire, attempted theft, unauthorized entry).
In cases of power outages or line failures, the system's automatic backup and alarm solutions are tested.
All tests performed are recorded. Documentation demonstrating that the systems are operating smoothly is prepared and employer/consultant approval is obtained.
